A message from our CEO
Quadzu Limited is committed to acting ethically and with integrity in all its business dealings. As part of this commitment, we continue to develop and implement robust systems and controls to mitigate the risk of Modern Slavery anywhere within our business operations or supply chain, and we recognise that to fully deliver on this commitment, we must continue to strive for improvement in all our processes.
In 2025/26 we continue to face a complex global environment shaped by economic pressures, conflict-driven migration, and supply chain challenges. These factors can increase the vulnerability of individuals to exploitation. It is, therefore, essential that we remain vigilant to the risks of Modern Slavery and strengthen our response through our business, employees and supply chain. We will make use of knowledge and resources both within the business and from relevant external bodies (i.e. The Slave Free Alliance, Hope For Justice etc.) to identify the risk of Modern Slavery and put in place appropriate control measures.
Quadzu recognises that the majority of its clients operate in industry sectors that are often targeted by Gangmasters seeking to exploit individuals for financial gain. All those with whom we do business are expected to follow the highest ethical principles, and we expect our clients, business partners, representatives and suppliers to have robust processes in place to eliminate the risk of Modern Slavery.
Our solution delivers system-based processes to ensure a consistent approach relating to the storage and verification of Eligibility to Work (ETW) evidence for all workers. Quadzu works particularly closely with our clients to ensure consistent approaches and collaboration on prevention activity.
Our Modern Slavery Statement for 2025/26 sets out Quadzu’s detailed and strong ambition to prevent Modern Slavery from occurring anywhere within our organisation or in our wider business relationships.
