A results-driven Chief Executive Officer with 10 years of leadership experience in Software-as-a-Service (SaaS), specialising in Workforce Management Platform design, development, and deployment and with proven expertise in driving technology-led strategies that enhance operational efficiency, user experience, and long-term scalability.
Recognised for a collaborative yet independent leadership style, and excelling in building strong relationships with clients while maintaining strategic oversight and a clear commercial focus, Dale has successfully guided Quadzu through product innovation, platform scaling, and complex operational challenges, including evolving regulatory and market demands.
Dale has led Quadzu from Day 1 and secured contracts with multi-national corporations, public sector organisations, and enterprise clients to successfully deliver and embed digital strategies that optimise platform performance, enable user adoption, and drive sustainable commercial growth through the delivery of SaaS solutions that meet evolving business needs.
